World of Warcraft being made into a Movie

You may remember those cool CutScenes from Warcraft III Reign of Chaos, well those CutScenes look like they are going to be fleshed out into a full length movie! Set to Release in 2011 World of Warcraft: The Movie, definitally has some interesting things going for it.

First off the director is Sam Raimi, Known best for his direction of Spiderman. Which should lead to some pretty cool action scenes.

Also in the mix is Charles Roven of Legendary Pictures who is well known for creation of the newest Batman series Batman Begins, The Dark Knight. It looks like some pretty solid people and companies are being put into the mix. The question is will they actually be able to come through and make an excellent movie.

As i'm sure you've notice Movie Adaptations of Video Games haven't always been the most hot.

The movie is probably going to follow the lore and story from Warcraft III: The Burning Crusade.
